The E Coli EHEC genome sequenced by BGI and assembled by Nick Loman has been annotated with Era7 Bioinformatics BG7 bacterial genome annotation pipeline.


Era7 Bioinformatics R&D group, "Oh no sequences!", launches Bio4j.

 

We have recently launched Bio4j a graph based DB including most data available in UniProt (SwissProt + Trembl) plus Gene Ontology (GO) and UniRef (50,90,100). Bio4j provides a completely new and powerful framework for protein related information querying and management.
